Jason is a family man with a strong foundation in faith, hard work & service. As a certified arborist with over 15 years of experience, Jason brings not only professional expertise to every tree he touches, but Jason also has deep respect for God’s creation. When Jason is not at work, he enjoys spending time with his family, especially his grandkids, spending time with friends, at the movies, at the gym, playing dek hockey & serving on the security team at his church. Whether he is climbing a tree, educating a homeowner, or spending time with the ones he loves, he approaches life with humility, strength, care & purpose.

Bailee is the light and humor behind the scenes, serving as our dedicated Project Coordinator. Bailee is a proud mom of two and a true family girl. Bailee brings laughter, love & organization to everything she does. With her natural gift for multitasking & keeping the crew in line, Bailee makes sure every job runs smoothly, from the first call to the final cleanup. Whether she is answering emails, calls or chasing after her toddlers, Bailee does it all with a steady hand.

Gina is the backbone of the operation here, serving as our General Manager. Gina is a devoted wife, mother of four & a woman of faith. She balances family life and business with a sharp eye, high standards & no time for nonsense. Known for her direct approach & firm leadership, Gina keeps the business running like clockwork, making sure nothing slips through the cracks. At home, she brings the same strength, raising her youngest, working full time as a real estate project manager & standing beside Jason as they grow this company together.
